When will bob stores close?
The last day of the operation was set for July 14.
Pop stores stop selling
The sales have now started on all stores that are still open, starting on June 28 with discounts ranging from 30 to 70 percent. According to the exit announcement from work.
What if you had a gift card?
The company said gift cards and merchandise credits will be accepted through the close of business on July 14. According to the closing announcement, no exchanges will be made for purchases after that.
What you should know about closures
The company said that “Pop Stores was unable to secure the financing necessary to continue operations,” and announced that it filed for bankruptcy protection on June 18.
“We regret that our financial situation has necessitated the liquidation of Pop Stores,” Dave Barton, president of Pop Stores, said in a statement. “Pop Stores has been a pillar of our local communities for nearly 70 years, and we know our customers remember us as being there for important moments in their lives. We remain grateful to our vendors, suppliers, customers and employees for all their support over the years.”

Layoffs at the retailer began in late May, and in early June the first round of store closures was announced.
This announcement included Bob's store locations in Southington and Hamden.
Which Bob's Store locations are affected?
On Monday, a longer list of locations in New England was provided, with the company saying it would “close all Pops locations and liquidate all inventory.”
