Wendy Williams She’s already putting the TV in her rear view, having decided that podcasting is best suited – but she’s already lining up big names to join in… TMZ has learned.
Although her daytime show has been one of the most popular shows for 13 seasons, Wendy isn’t interested in being on TV full time right now…according to her manager. Will Selby.
Will is producing Wendy’s upcoming podcast, tells us Wendy spoke to him recently Snoop Dogg And the Fat Joe About being guests – as she plans to focus more on her personal favorites from the world of music.
Plus, we’re told Wendy’s has had meetings with the Kardashian family, and even a member of the Trump family. Will won’t say any one of them, but any one of them would be huge… considering What is happening in Washington?.

We got Wendy back in NYC in May, and she promised Will be back on TV, but we’re told that’s no longer her passion. Instead, she focused on producing a pod that represented the full Wendy experience – all about her favorite artists, fashion, food, and celebrities.
On the commercial end of things… Will says Wendy is trying to decide whether to partner with one platform – like Spotify or Apple – or just launch it independently.
There is no timeline yet for the debut podcast. BTW, we’re told Wendy’s doesn’t totally swear off TV — she’d still be open to appearing on talk shows or reality shows like “The View” or the “Real Housewives” series.
