Regarding the additional warning I received:

Another caveat I’ve now received is regarding conflicting information about the brand of knife offered. In the respective offer on the Amazon online marketplace, various information about the brand of knife offered at various points has been included. Accordingly, misleading ads are reprimanded by warning.

Regarding the demands in the current warning:

The person who has been warned must stop the violation and file an acknowledgment of the cease and desist with penalty. In this context, it is indicated that it is not sufficient to simply stop the behavior complained of.

Otherwise, the costs of issuing the warning will be claimed. Corresponding costs are calculated based on an object value of €30,000 (€1,501.19).

Appreciation:

Anti-competition ads when offering knives are always the subject of warnings. You should take the corresponding warning seriously, since there is a risk of other expensive actions if you act incorrectly.

My recommendations:

1. Do not sign under any circumstances a prematurely formulated cease-and-desist declaration without legal advice.
2. Also, do not make any payments without prior consultation.
3. First get legal advice.
