Pupils from the Mönchhof Primary School tackled the topic “Safe Internet” in a project. By doing so, they not only learned a lot about safe internet use, but also put their creative skills to the test.
With the help of the GarageBand app, kids have created a podcast on the topic that’s not only informative but entertaining as well. In doing so, they learned how to edit and cut audio recordings, how to add music and sound effects, and how to build an attractive podcast structure.
The podcast’s cover art, drawn by artificial intelligence, is particularly impressive. Students used technology to create a unique and original image that perfectly reflects the content of the podcast.
In addition to learning, the children also enjoyed the project. They were able to contribute their own ideas and learned how to work as a team. The result of the project is not only a great podcast, but also the cornerstone of a potential influencer’s career.
The project shows that technology and creativity can go hand in hand and that children can learn a lot in a playful way. We look forward to more creative projects from our students!
