Victorinox appoints Head of Technology & Transformation

Victorinox has had a new Transformation & Technology division since the beginning of the year. Here the previous sections of Global Information Technology, Data Management and Digital Business Transformation will be merged. Accordingly, the new division includes topics of innovation management, business services and applications, project and process management, data and business intelligence as well as information technology, Victorinox reports.

The new division will be headed by Kilian Eholzer, who is also part of the management team. According to the announcement, he joined the company in 2014, establishing digital channels and online businesses as the global head of e-commerce. In September 2020, he took over the management of the newly created Digital Business Transformation division.

As evidenced by his Linkedin profile, Eyholzer worked at Kuoni, Interhome and others before joining Victorinox.

Esprit Consulting. Mr. Eholzer holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Business Informatics from the University of Bern. According to the announcement, he also brings practical knowledge in the areas of e-commerce, digitalization, business development and project management.

Victorinox, based in Ebach, canton Schwyz, is famous for its Swiss Army knives. The company also produces various other items, including watches, luggage, and perfume. According to its own information, Victorinox employs more than 2,100 people.
