Even apart from sporting events such as the current European Football Championship, there is ample reason to celebrate in Germany. For example, with special Steam sales that focus only on games that come from Germany.
This week the Games Made in Germany sale is being held on Steam for the third time. But it doesn't just include a lot of great performances. There will also be a corresponding display.
3. Steam sales of “games made in Germany” start today

- How long does the sale last? Until June 27
This year's sales slogan is “Toys Baked in Germany”. It offers us offers of more than 250 games coming from German development studios. So it's about the origin of the game, not the settings.
What German toys are for sale?
Before the sale goes live, we can't name any individual games with certainty. But it's not just smaller titles and studios; Big names tooIt won the German Computer Games Award (DCP) and the German Developer Award.
At the last DCP, for example, Everspace 2 was named “Best German Game.” The previous year, The Beholder 3, Chain Echoes (won) and Signalis were nominated for the award.
Other notable games that can also be discounted in the sale(!) are Enshrouded, Endzone or Spec Ops: The Line.

The Steam Sale was launched by Games Germany, an association of various initiatives, organizations and sponsors. The goal is to make German games more visible worldwide and thus support German developers.
