Plagiarism scholar Jochen Zentofer accuses the politician of copying Wikipedia for his doctoral thesis. Zenthöfer on BILD: “Anyone who violates scientific standards and copyrights in such a flagrant manner should not be a Secretary of State in sensitive areas such as law and health.” This is equivalent to a resignation request.
