Manufacturer Ayaneo is very busy in the gaming laptop segment. Several devices have been released, such as the Ayaneo Kun as a flagship device or the Slide as a model with a retractable keyboard. In a blog post and video, the Ayaneo 3 has now been announced as the next flagship phone. However, this should not represent a simple incremental development, but rather mark the beginning of a trend change. What exactly that means is still unclear.
Ayaneo has already released portable gaming consoles for Windows and Android. For the Pocket Evo, for example, OLED displays are now also used. Ayaneo 3, in turn, is said to represent a major technological leap and is said to change the way players interact with games. These are big words, but they're also vague, leaving room for speculation.
Ayaneo may also have done a lot of work on its own software, AyaSpace. The upcoming AMD Ryzen Z2 Extreme will likely be an SoC, but that has not been confirmed yet. Of course, a high refresh rate OLED display would be welcome as well.
In the end we have to wait until Ayaneo provides more detailed information about Ayaneo 3. In the end you have to compete with devices like the Asus ROG Ally X, MSI Claw or Steam Deck.
