With SK Nebula, Valorant's first female team is backed by SK Gaming. The goal of the scouting tournament is to find talented people who will make the team.

The portfolio of Telekom's Equal Esports Initiative is currently being expanded. As announced by the company, SK Gaming's first female Valorant team will be supported in the future by the newly created SK Nebula. Another milestone in the initiative launched in 2021 by esports player foundation Deutsche Telekom and SK Gaming. This aims to explicitly address and promote “female and non-binary gamers” – and will now be expanded.
Scouting tournament for team formation
The foundation of a team is competition SK Gaming Valorant Scouting Grounds Developed. There, ten selected players can “demonstrate their skills under the supervision of professional coaches,” as stated in the official announcement. Ultimately, the team will be formed from the competition's top talent and will compete in Project Queens, Germany's women's Valorant league, from May until the end of the year. The goal is to qualify for Valorant Game Changers, the highest European women's league.
