Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hours March 2022 – Here’s How It Works

What is the spotlight hour? Pokémon GO has a recurring weekly event. During the so-called lights hours every Tuesday between 6pm and 7pm, you can often find pre-introduced Pokémon in the wild. Plus, you get a special bonus during each Spotlight Hour – so you can get extra dust, candy, or XP.

These are the dates: Start the Alola season in Pokémon GO in March 2022 with five hours of lights. We will show you all the dates that the displayed Pokemon appear en masse. Also active bonuses during events are in the table.

What Pokémon will there be in March 2022? Tragosso, Owei, Fukano, Mogelbaum and Paras await at Spotlight Hours in March 2022. Tragosso and Owei developments have been in the form of Alola since Generation 7, so you can look forward to Alolan Knogga and Alolan Kokowei. All specimens can also be found as shinys again.

Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hour March 1st – Tragosso and Candies

What are the bonuses there? March begins with the Hour of Lights with Traguso. Terrestrial type Pokémon has been around since the first generation of the game. Since generation 7, Tragosso has been able to evolve into Alolan Knogga, which contains the Fire and Ghost types – Alolan Knogga can also appear in Pokémon GO with the Alola Season. So far you can’t develop Tragosso into Alola-Knogga. Double Candy rewards await when you send Pokémon during Spotlight Hour.

Spotlight watch is worthwhile: Unfortunately, neither Tragosso nor Knogga are really good monsters for your group. At this moment in the spotlight, you may want to focus more on the double postal candy. However, catching some tragusu may be beneficial. If Knogga’s Alola form is still being offered in Pokémon Go, you should be well prepared.

Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hour on March 8 – Owei and Bonus XP

What are the bonuses there? After Tragosso you can look forward to Owei. While you already see quite a few Alolan Kokowei, Spotlight makes it very easy to get regular Kokowei. In addition, on March 8th, you can earn double experience points by evolving Pokémon.

Spotlight watch is worthwhile: Owei itself isn’t worth it, but Kokowei’s development isn’t too bad if you need a plant or psychic attacker in raids. But there are still better alternatives. So in the Hour of Lights on March 8th, the focus is once again on the reward, which is active at the same time.

Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hour on March 15th – Fukano and Stardust

What are the bonuses there? On March 15th, you can look forward to one of the most popular Fire Pokemon. There are heaps of Fukano to be found in this clock of lights. During the Spotlight Hour with Fukano, all trainers receive a double stardust shell when hunting monsters.

Spotlight watch is worthwhile: In this spotlight moment, it’s still best to keep the ball low. While Arcani and Fukano look great, they won’t do you much good in raids and PVP. There are much better attackers than Arcane, so it should be clear that this is all about the bonus again. Get your balls ready to pick up loads of star dust.

Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hour March 22nd – Sham Tree and Experience Points

What are the bonuses there? At the end of the month, you will first get the chance to run into large blocks of the Sham Tree. The Spotlight Hour on March 22nd will bring you a Pokémon Slouchy Tree Rock and another bonus that gives Attentive Trainers a double XP when catching Pokémon.

Spotlight watch is worthwhile: Pokemon Shamrock imitation is more for collectors. With bad stats, you can almost completely forget about the Cheat Tree when looking for new companions in raids or PvPs. However, the Spotlight Hour may be worthwhile, because with a little luck you will come across a shiny faux tree – this shiny tree is very popular with gamers. For Spotlight Hour on March 22nd, get your focus back on the reward that can give you some serious experience points.

Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hour on March 29 – Paras and Candy

What are the bonuses there? Bringing the back on March 29th is Paras. Bug and Grass Pokémon could evolve into Parasec, and you’ll see them en masse in the last spotlight in March. Plus, all trainers can look forward to twice as much candy when they catch Pokémon between 6pm and 7pm.

Spotlight watch is worthwhile: In fact it is not worth it to leave the house for Paras. Even Parasek’s further development is so bad that you can safely skip this spotlight hour. Even the reward cannot delay you. Double candies from catching Pokémon will be nearly exclusive to Paras, so you won’t be able to make much progress on other Pokémon in those 60 minutes.

Also in March 2022, the hours of lights leave something to be desired. Although you can make Tragosso preparations for Alolan Knogga and stuff your bags full of candy, the selection of Pokémon is rather poor. But she still “Cheer Up” because there are other special events waiting for you. The March 2022 events in Pokémon GO have a lot going for it.
