Samsung Electronics is giving the first details of the Samsung Gaming Hub at CES. Samsung Gaming Hub is a Tizen-based cloud gaming discovery platform that connects hardware with software to create a seamless gaming experience. Samsung also announced partnerships with NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW, Stadia, and Utomik game streaming services to bring their entire game libraries to the Gaming Hub. More partnerships are planned. The new Samsung platform will be available worldwide later this year on select 2022 Samsung Smart TV models.

“Our Samsung Smart TVs offer a variety of entertainment for different generations, interests and viewing habits,” says Mike Henkelmann, Director of Consumer Electronics Marketing at Samsung Electronics GmbH. “We know games are becoming increasingly popular among our customers. So we have closed the gap between smart TVs and modern game software. This gives our customers quick and easy access to the games they love. We have developed Samsung Gaming Hub with our premium content partners so that all gamers can benefit from it. We are planning further cooperation to steadily expand the ecosystem.”

Samsung Gaming Hub is developed as a cloud / cloud game discovery platform to support the gaming system. The platform builds on years of experience developing excellent hardware and software for a coordinated gaming experience. The Samsung Gaming Hub allows gamers to quickly jump into their favorite games via game streaming services such as GeForce NOW, Stadia, and Utomik from NVIDIA. The hub gives them access to a vast library of games that can be played on select models of Samsung Smart TV 2022. The features of Tizen-based devices are largely exploited on these smart TVs.
