An Action News 4 photographer from Pittsburgh encountered derailed train cars from a vantage point at the 2800 block of West Carson Street in the city’s Asplen neighborhood. All of the cars were upright, according to Norfolk Southern’s director of communications Connor Spellmaker.
Spielmaker says the cars were empty and there were no hazardous materials. He also said that there were no reports of injuries.
