Octopuses have been seen hunting with fish, but the relationship between the two has not yet been clarified.

A research team led by Eduardo Sampiano of the Max Planck Institute for Animal Behavior captured a total of 120 hours of footage while diving in the Red Sea. During their dives, Sampiano and his colleagues captured 13 instances of American octopuses teaming up with a variety of fish to hunt small fish and mollusks.
