Stuttgart – Mercedes-Benz, the world’s oldest automobile manufacturer, has big plans for the future. Despite a strong focus on electric vehicles and digital transformation, the group plans to invest even more in high-tech combustion engines. The investments in the double-digit billion range are planned primarily in Baden-Württemberg, Mercedes’ hometown.
