However, with the 7900X3D, each CCX only has six cores – so there are only six cores that benefit from 3D V-Cache. From a gamer’s point of view, AMD offers quite a bit of performance with the CPU (which is still compelling).

This means that the AMD Ryzen 7950X3D processor offers the best combination of high gaming performance, speed in applications, and performance-per-watt currently available in a desktop CPU.
