According to the survey results, 89% of employees who can use AI tools say that they can spend time on really important work, and using AI tools gives them a sense of accomplishment. 54 10% said that AI capabilities are useful for solving problems. – solve tasks. The results align with Microsoft’s strategy for artificial intelligence and tools like ChatGPT. The company recently made a large-scale investment in OpenAI, the developer of ChatGPT.investmentadopting the OpenAI model for consumer and enterprise products, and announced that it would “deliver a new class of digital experiences based on OpenAI technology”.
The survey also showed that 77% of employees would like to see more low-code/no-code tools available. The reason is that such tools can help organizations automate repetitive and mundane tasks, reduce costs, improve analytical capabilities and data management, and drive innovation.
Looking at the survey results, about two-thirds of the respondents were hybrid workers who can work from home and office.
84% of decision makers say digital transformation (DX) projects are their top priority, while 61% of employees say they do not feel integral to DX. Seventy percent also said company policies limit their ability to explore and implement their own digital solutions. “Technology is easy, people are hard,” says Nicole Forsgren, Partner, Microsoft Research. People are basically the most important part of a company, but they are also the most complex part. “If you’re completely powerless, unable to contribute, unable to make decisions, you’re frustrated,” Forsgren said.
