-Please tell us your impression of the main character, Juliet Starling.

Tamura:I thought she was a healthy, energetic, bright and very kind girl. Also, she has good style, so I feel she is talented and beautiful. This is just my image, but the American girl! That's how I felt.

-Do you have any favorite points about Juliet's outfits? The blonde hair, the double hair, the lollipops, the cheerleading uniforms, the shoes, the socks, the wristbands, etc…

Tamura:I've seen the main image several times,Cheer outfit is impressive and I like it!The Twintails fit her well and are cute, and the Cheer costume skirt is short and fluttery, so I personally like it a lot.

– When you played Juliet this time, were there any challenges in expressing yourself that were unique to the role of Juliet, or did you enjoy playing this role?

Tamura:Is it better to talk in a way that sounds like a foreign game? That's what I thought, but after talking to the director, it seemed like I didn't need to be aware of this, so I was a little conscious of it, but…I played the role in an easy way so that I feel he is cool and able to manipulate the people around him! Also, I love Nick so much that there were several scenes where I told him how much I loved him (even though it was one-sided, lol), and it was so much fun playing with him.

– Please tell us about any memorable sounds (lines) or scenes that made an impression on you as Juliet in this work.

Tamura:The sentence that made an impression on me was,I will kill you completely!“It is. I was surprised because it was a scary line, but the other person was a zombie who had already died, so I guess it was okay! (laughs) There were a lot of lines that sounded like American jokes, so it was fun to act out lines I wouldn’t normally say.

– Juliet's family is a family of zombie hunters, and she has a strong family consisting of older sisters Cordelia, her younger sister Rosalind, and her father, but which of them leaves the biggest impression on you?

Tamura:Is she your sister Rosalind? Even when I read the script, I thought, “Huh?”I was surprised by the crazy characters in the previous gameplay videos that were shown to me.However, even though it was supposed to be a difficult scene, I laughed while watching it, so Rosalind left a real impression on me.

– There are main characters called “Dark Call” who are hostile to Juliet, but they are all different genres like punk rock (Zed), viking (Vikke), hippie (Mariska), techno pop (Josey), and heavy metal (Louis) has a style (music?).

If there is any attractive character you would like Tamura-san to play, please let me know. I would be happy if you could tell me why.

Tamura:It's a bit… all the characters are creepy… so I don't want to play them (haha), but Georgie is so cheerful that I'm more interested in him than the other characters… I think? It seems like it would be fun to turn him into a funky zombie, and the vocoder would be fun too, so I'd like to try it out.

– “Lollipop Chainsaw” features 70s and 80s music and fashion as game elements. Do you have any impressions or associations with the music or fashion of that era?

Tamura:I don't listen to a lot of music on a regular basis, and have never been exposed to old music or western music, so I often don't even know the most popular songs… But I knew the song Lolipop ♪ Lolipop ♪!I think it's amazing that I knew that even though I don't know much about music!

-Juliet loves lollipops! Tamura-san can't let that go! Do you have a favorite candy?

Tamura:Until now I thought I liked Japanese sweets more than Western sweets.Maybe you like eclairs.As for the cream puffs, the cream sandwiched between the crunchy dough is so delicious. And the caramel flavor is even better.

– I heard that you play games, Tamura-san, but do you like action games like the current game “Lollipop Chainsaw”? What is Tamura-san's favorite type of game?

Tamura:I'm not very good at action games, but they're fun to watch.When I play alone, I like puzzle and simulation games because they are relaxing and easy to play.However, if I have too much freedom, I will stop because I don't know where to start, so I like things that I can get into in moderation.

– What do you think of genres like “horror” and “sunbi”? (Do you also watch movies in this genre?)

Tamura:I don't like horror that surprises me visually or audibly. I'm not good at haunted houses because I'm always surprised when people threaten me. I kind of like horror because I can imagine it being psychologically scary. As for zombies… I like zombies on Halloween.Candy please!

-If Tamura became a zombie, what game would you like to participate in, “Zombie Basketball” or “Zombie Baseball”? Can you tell me why too?

Tamura:Baseball Zombies! It looks hard, but is it a bullet? Because it looks like it would be fun to shoot. I'm not good at shooting games, but I'd like to try this one. However, the zombie basket, where you can quickly eliminate zombies, looks interesting.

-Exactly! What is the appeal of this work “Sucksaw”?

Tamura:Every time Juliet attacks, the screen is filled with flashing effects, which makes it very cool! It's a delight to cut so hard, so I can see myself getting addicted to it. I also think the unique line delivery is attractive as well.

– “Lollipop Chainsaw” is known as a game that has a huge fan base overseas. Can you give a message to your fans overseas?

Tamura:I'm so happy to be able to play the new Juliet. I thought it would be great to express Juliet's charm to the fullest, so I'd be happy if the third Juliet supported me as well.
