We are in the attic, passing through the boxes, one of them falls to the floor and a creature from another world comes out. We are asked to save their world. The three Fireflies have been kidnapped. She needs our help and we agree. This begins Puzzle Adventure: The Light in the Enchanted Forest by Dave Neal (Cosmos).
How does Puzzle Adventure: Light in the Enchanted Forest work?
To do this, the puzzle pieces are sorted first. There are different symbols on the back. We start by reading the magic book that shows us the way if we understand the clues correctly. The story is exciting and well described.
We also look for glowing objects. Maybe we'll need these later. The following book pages are also hidden in the adventure puzzle and are sought out with each new picture area. Because the order in the magic book is also mixed. If all succeeds, the light finally returns to the fairytale world.
Have fun in Adventure Puzzle: The Light in the Magic Forest
We're really excited about The Light in the Magic Forest. Reading the story, solving puzzles, collecting items, and of course saving the world are great combinations. Additionally, the figures are beautifully drawn.
My sons (9 and 12) said they could only recommend The Light in the Magic Forest. Younger siblings (ages 5 and 3) also listen carefully to the story and enjoy solving the puzzles. However, it did not last until the end. So, I would say an age from 8 years is very appropriate.
Adventure Puzzle: The Light in the Magic Forest for kids makes a great gift for any occasion. The story is well written and all free of ghosts, witches, etc.! Personally, I think this is great, because there is so little of it in this area. A little side note: In the end the kidnappers apologize and show remorse – which is of great educational value.
