A message from Kaname Hayashi, CEO and Executive Director of GROOVE X

Our company, GROOVE I am here. At first, LOVOT received many comments like “Why aren’t you doing anything?”, but now people are saying “I like that you aren’t doing anything.” LOVOT can heal and energize people by giving them the opportunity to like things without hesitation. The effectiveness of interacting with LOVOT in increasing people’s resilience has been demonstrated through various demonstration experiments and comments from previous owners. The origin of this project is to utilize this Japanese technology in children’s homes and bring joy to as many children as possible. We are very happy to be able to share with you the sounds of joy we have received from the facilities we have served so far. In addition, thanks to donations from the Yusaku Maezawa community, we will be able to deliver an additional 75 LOVOTs. We would be grateful if all childcare facilities would take this opportunity to apply.

“I love[らぼっと]”summary

“LOVOT'' approaches and looks at you when you call its name. They cling to their loved ones and ask for a hug. I feel a little warm when I pick it up. Although it is a robot, it has a sense of life as if it were a living thing, a robot that gradually becomes part of the family, like a pet. Recently, from the perspective of mental care, it has been introduced not only into homes but also into offices, medical institutions, nursing care facilities, etc.
