Intel releases third update for 13th and 14th Gen CPUs that have been plagued by frequent crashes

Intel then continued its investigation and discovered a new issue: “Anomalous voltage spikes occur when the computer is idle or under light load.” We released microcode 0x12b to address this issue. Microcode updates are made via BIOS updates.
