Samsung is preparing to release the special edition of the Galaxy Fold6.
What is known
According to a well-known Ice Universe insider, the new product will have less noticeable creases on the screen thanks to ultra-flexible glass (UFG). This solution aims to improve the visual perception of the device and reduce the visibility of the fold, which is usually a disadvantage of foldable phones.
Samsung has already introduced the Galaxy Flip6, Galaxy S24 FE, and new Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Tab S10 Ultra tablets this year. However, the Galaxy Fold6 Special Edition will be launched later this month.
According to insiders, Samsung has managed to control the screen's wrinkles, which will result in a better aesthetic experience than previous models.
Unfortunately, the Galaxy Fold6 Special Edition will initially only be available in China and South Korea.
The use of UFG promises to increase scratch resistance and improve screen durability.
