One of the things that initially got me excited about the platform was playing Destiny on Stadia. Being able to assemble a fire crew and play some hits on the go was incredibly attractive. Unfortunately, it didn’t work as well as I had hoped, as most of my friends weren’t using Stadia. This all changed with the new season of Lost as Bungie introduced a full crossplay in Destiny 2. Now you can play with anyone on PC, Stadia, Playstation and Xbox.
If you can’t wait to enjoy one of the best Stadia games with your friends on other platforms, but don’t know how to use the new cross-play system, don’t worry. We’re here to help you with a quick guide that will walk you through everything you need to know about using the Destiny 2 cross-play.

How to add cross-play friends within the game
Here’s how to add friends (and how friends can add you) for crossplay in Destiny 2. This method doesn’t always work well, but Bungie is aware of the problem and working on it.
Play Destiny 2 and Keep a note of the Bungie name – this is the normal player tag and the added numbers shown – above your character’s emblems.
Share it with your friends and ask them to share it with you, because you will need it. For example, my name on Bungie is keridel#6111.
