HITMAN SNIPER: THE SHADOWS is now available for iOS and Android

Square Enix Montreal, the award-winning studio behind Hitman Sniper and the GO series, holds its latest title for iOS And the Android Published, Hitman Sniper: The Shadows. The sniper game is an RPG that offers a whole new story of a hitman. As a member of the so-called Shadows, players must travel the world, secretly eliminating targets, competing with others, and making a name for themselves as agents of the International Contract Agency (ICA).

Hitman Sniper: The Shadows traces the events of the disappearance of Agent 47 and tells the story of a group of killers – called the Shadows. Members of this group operate in a hidden world where a new criminal network threatens global security.

“Our goal from the start has been to create a high-quality Hitman Sniper game for mobile devices, both in terms of graphics and gameplay,” said Simon Doongoor, Senior Producer of Hitman Sniper: The Shadows at Square Enix Montréal. “This game was supposed to be a new beginning, not a sequel. This vision gave us the creative freedom to go in a different direction. For example, we were able to introduce shadows and create a more immersive experience for players.”

Unique playable characters
At launch, Hitman Sniper: The Shadows features six professional sniper assassins, each with their own story, game style, character, and abilities. This variety gives players much more freedom in terms of approach and each arrangement. Each hitman is still at the beginning of his “career” and gives players the opportunity to develop their killer into an ICA agent.

New locations
The game features new locations with better points and different times of the day, giving players more opportunities to eliminate targets. Each location brings unique objectives and becomes an exploration environment – its own narrative space with its own challenges.
