Successful Allyance, YouTube and Letsplayer Gnu would like to promote some of their select gaming influencers through their ‘Girls & Gaming’ programme.

15 gaming influencers from across Germany – including MissRage, Juliversal and JinjaOwO – kicked off their ‘GG – Girls & Gaming’ program on December 10th. The initiative includes workshops, training, events and networking opportunities and is scheduled to run for twelve months.

Behind Girls & Gaming is the Berlin-based Allyance YouTube network, which belongs to the Webedia group (GameStar, GamePro, MeinMMO). Allyance supports and markets, among others, NinotakuTV, Der Heider, HandOfBlood, PietSmiet, MrMoreGame, Moodye7, NordrheinTV and many other high-access artists and channels.

Allyance receives support from YouTube on the one hand, and on the other hand, operator and YouTuber Gnu take up the umbrella as the godmotherMr.Femininity is about the program and contributes to every experience.

“There are currently very few women in gaming on YouTube”White jasmine nicknamed the wild animal. “In fact, I was the first woman to reach 1 million subscribers. Over 20 men have done so before me. That’s why I’m glad Allyance and Google Germany are trying to change that with Girls & Gaming.”

YouTube also has high expectations for collaboration: “We encourage diversity on the platform very strongly and are therefore very pleased to be supportive of this wonderful programme.”Known as Director of Strategic Partner Alyssa Reuter. “We are very pleased that Allyance wants to support the game makers. We see great potential here and also the need for help. It is great to have Gnu involved here. She is a perfect role model.”

Philip Sinkbill, Director of Alliance and Public Relations at the company: “As Allyance, we are very excited to be starting the Girls & Gaming initiative with Gnu and YouTube. Unfortunately, history has shown that women in gaming still don’t get the attention and appreciation they deserve. We want to counter this through the Allyance Academy. That’s why we really look forward to sharing our knowledge with 15 amazing gaming influencers.”
