Project Cronos: Sony reportedly wants to bring cloud gaming to PS5 on a large scale

For the official launch of PS5 cloud streaming, which is planned for April 2024, Sony will operate 28 data centers in 15 different subways. Use of Project Cronos may also be associated with having a PS Plus Premium membership. The service currently costs €16.99 per month for players. Back in June, Sony touted the future benefits of membership in Official PlayStation Blog in. Players should be able to stream select PS5 games that have already been purchased digitally. The same applies to titles from the PlayStation Plus game catalog. The current cloud streaming beta also allows for gaming at up to 4K resolution.
