The following four things are necessary to submit the ‘ACT’ in FF14.

・FFXIV plugin analysis
・.NET Framework

“Advanced Combat Tracker” is the ACT core script, and “FFXIV Parsing Plugin” is a plugin for connecting FF14 and ACT. These two components must be installed.

“.NET Framework” is the runtime for running ACT, and “7-Zip” is a decompressor, but it is not necessary if it is already installed on the computer. It doesn’t have to be 7-Zip decompressor, but other programs that can decompress Zip files can be used.

Download ① “Advanced Combat Tracker” and “FFXIV Parsing Plugin” from ACT official website and open both with Zip decompressor.

Open the unzipped ACT folder, right-click “Advanced Combat Tracker” → “Properties”. ③ Open the Compatibility tab, ④ Select Run Program as Administrator, and click OK

Next, in the search screen on the taskbar, enter “firewall” and click on “Allow an application through Windows Firewall”.

① Go to “Change settings” → ② “Allow other apps”, ③ select “Body location action” and ④ click “Add”

The ACT will be added to the list, so be sure to select both “Private” and “Public”.

Next, start ACT and select ① “Add-ons” from the top tab. ② Click “Browse” and locate the “dll file” of ③ “FFXIV Parsing Plugin”
