Elden Ring – Steam Deck Error Message: “Inappropriate Behavior Detected”.

This is the error: Since last night, there have been many complaints on social media that players can no longer play Elden Ring on Steam Deck. After the new update, many people who want to start the DLC are receiving the error message: “Inappropriate behavior detected.” This error prevents the game from starting. Not only can you not access Shadowlands, but you can't get into the game in general.

There is currently no hotfix for this specific error message. The error actually occurred at the beginning of 2024. There is currently no additional information about this error from the official side. The bug has only appeared since the Elden Ring 1.12 update on Thursday. Hopefully, most players who also own a Steam Deck will have access to his good PC as the game doesn't cause any issues.
