Disgust warning in the car park of the Galleria in Chemnitz: politicians wrinkle their noses

Chemnitz – Chemnitz“The central parking lot has a huge rubbish and dirt problem! The building next door to the Galeria Kaufhof has had a filthy existence for years.

Parking surfaces and facades are covered in bird droppings and rust in many places. Anyone who sees elevators from the inside may prefer to go up the stairs. Regular care looks different.
Says Sebastian Dreschler, 31, head of the Left Party division.
When he visits the city center, he is regularly disturbed by the poor condition. This also includes the stench in the lane between “Zenti” and Am Rathaus. Upon moving to the Kaufhof, a temporary glass railing was “fixed” with wood.

The internet says: “The parking garage is really cool.”

Many visitors also criticize the online multi-storey car park. “Honestly, when you get greeted like this in Chemnitz, it sucks! Nobody in town should be surprised if nobody comes there anymore!” one user wrote in a Google review.
“The car park is really cool, only the destructive behavior and inappropriate treatment of some citizens unfortunately does not make it look good,” another entry read.
Sebastian Dreschler would like the city to approach the operator and talk about a concept. “I can very well imagine attractive green spaces or light fixtures. You can do this very inexpensively.”

TAG24 wanted to know how this desolate situation could have played out over the years. Galleria Kaufhof has not yet responded to the request.
