Cleaning facades in New York using Airskin

Cleaning facades in New York using Airskin

Skyline Robotics, the Israeli specialist in cleaning windows and facades, relies on Airskin technology in its Ozmo window cleaning robot.

“At Airskin, we are looking for challenges in the field of robotics – both indoors and outdoors – and look forward to finding a great solution with a highly professional team of Skyline Robotics.”
Andrew BaldingerCEO and Founder of Blue Danube Robotics GmbH

The robot simulates the movement of human cleaning but is operated by a real human to ensure proper cleaning. Since Ozmo is human-powered and security is always a priority, it is important to use a collaborative windowless application. Skyline Kuka uses Agilus KR10 R1100-2 with Airskin waterproof version.

“Airskin has been a great partner who has accompanied us on this special and challenging journey. We chose the Airskin solution because we can be assured of excellent customer support from the Vienna Tech team.”
Avi Ebadi
Founder of Skyline Robotics

The advantage of using Ozmo is on the one hand the lower project operational costs (savings up to 75%) and the increased speed of cleaning interfaces (up to 50% faster).
