Based on the novels, “Lost Words” is about the fact that people have forgotten the skillful description of nature. The magic of words must be rediscovered in order to be able to perceive the wonders of nature once again. Will animals and plants regain their magic?

Initially, all players receive a certain number of nature cards, which are laid out in front of them and depend on the number of people. There are two normal cards in the middle of the table and the magic and action cards are laid out as a face-down pile. The top card goes directly to the discard pile. If it’s someone’s turn, you can either swap your Nature card for a card from the middle, take a card from the draw pile, or discard the pile. However, business cards on the trash heap are considered taboo.
If there is a matching magic card among the cards present, it can be played on the corresponding nature cards. If not, a card must either be discarded or a business card must be played. Whoever covers all his nature cards with magic cards, i.e. poems, wins the game.
