According to the manufacturer, the new Razer Blade 15 is the first laptop with an OLED QHD 240Hz display.
With well-balanced and powerful hardware, the notebook is aimed at both content creators and gamers. Depending on the configuration, the Razer Blade 15 can be equipped with a Core i9-12900H processor and an Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti laptop graphics card.
The integrated display panel is touted as the highlight of the notebook. The screen uses the latest OLED technology and has a response time of just 1ms. Screen brightness is specified as 400 nits and color coverage is 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color space. The maximum refresh rate is up to 240Hz, and thanks to the exceptional display, the laptop is not only ideal for playing fast-paced first-person shooters, but also offers an advantage for image processing in a professional environment.
Up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM is used as main memory, which can be configured with a 1TB SSD and an additional M.2 slot for additional memory. As usual with its Blade series laptops, Razer relies on a CNC milled aluminum casing, which has laser-cut speaker grilles. Connectivity ports include Thunderbolt 4, USB Type-C, an SD card reader, and an HDMI port.
The new Razer Blade 15 is expected to be available in Q4 2022 for $3499.99 in the above configuration. The manufacturer has not yet provided prices for the EU region.
