A YouTuber has built a gaming system almost entirely out of wood. The result is amazing and we do not want to hide that from you.
YouTuber MXC Builds is a true artist and regularly showcases new gaming systems that he assembles using high-quality materials. His current system looks particularly good. Here too he put in long hours of work.
The manufacturer offers a case that can breathe – what does a case bring for 250 euros?

The gaming computer is based on high-end hardware and high-quality wood
What kind of system is this? He uses Tasmanian blackwood, which comes from black acacia wood, in his system. This is a tree that grows mainly in eastern Australia, but can now also be found in many other countries. The wood is especially popular because of its beautiful grain.
He then uses this wood to develop a mini ITX case and it is impressive how he develops and prepares each part. You can watch the approximately 30-minute video on YouTube:
What devices are installed? He chose mostly high-end components for his gaming system. The core of the system is the GeForce RTX 4090.
- Healer: i7 12700KF
- Motherboard: Asus Strix Z790-i Gaming
- Graphics Card: Asus TUF Gaming RTX 4090
- Transducer: ASUS ROG Loki 1000W SFX-L
- RAM: TeamGroup T-Create Expert DDR5 32GB
- storage: Sabrent Q2 TB rocket
- cooling: EKWB water cooling
What is the limitation there? The YouTuber explained that he only used a 360mm radiator in his system and that this normally wouldn’t be enough for the RTX 4090 and i7 12700KF. For this reason, he reduced the power limit to 70% to ensure sufficient cooling.
