Boston police are asking the public to help them identify a man who is accused of stealing food from a McDonald’s restaurant after breaking into the restaurant and confronting the staff. The Boston Police Department said the incident occurred shortly before 12:45 a.m. Saturday at a McDonald’s restaurant at 301 Warren Street in Roxbury, a manager told McDonald’s located police officers that a man entered the restaurant hours later, possibly through a car window. The Warren Street location closes the hotel lobby at 10 p.m. but remains open until 1 a.m. According to police, the manager told them the man was at the time in a confrontation with McDonald’s employees and pushed one of them while demanding money. He then fled the area on foot after taking several bags of food that had been intended for delivery drivers. He described the suspect as a man in his 30s who was about 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was wearing a green shirt and dark pants at the time of the accident.
