Ariana Grande apologized to Elvira (Cassandra Peterson) for her alleged snubs years ago.
Elvira returned to Knott's Scary Farm, and in a fan Q&A, she was asked about any encounters with other celebrities. “Mistress of Darkness” told a story with Grande, as the singer attended one of her events on the occasion of Halloween.
Elvira said that she received Grande's guests and took pictures with each of them. After she finished, Elvira asked Grande to take a photo with her, but the “We Can't Be Friends” singer said she “didn't really do it.”
After Elvira shared screenshots of the story on her Instagram account, Grande clarified things in the comments section.
“I'm so frustrated to see this,” Grande wrote. “Actually, I don't even remember having a chance to meet you because I had an anxiety attack, and from my memory, you left before the rest of my family (that was about 7 years ago, and at that time I wasn't really good at being in public crowds or loud places) .

Grande continued: “But if I misremembered this moment, I sincerely apologize for offending you.
“Thank you for being so nice to my mum, she told me how beautiful you are (she may have different feelings about that now but I’ll talk to her… obviously we all have our days!).”
She ended the note by saying, “Always sending love. You will always be our Halloween queen.”
