Ruffhausen – A total of 23 panes of glass were deliberately damaged at the Technologie Centrum Nordwest (TCN) site on Olympiastrasse in Ruffhausen. As police announced Monday afternoon, unknown perpetrators are said to have noticeably scratched several glass panes on the building's windows and doors between Wednesday, October 2 at 6pm and Monday, October 7 at 7:10am.

All of the damaged glass panels belong to part of a non-profit organization's building. Some windows have deep scratches etched into them – in the shape of a cross, but also in the shape of a wave. According to the police, this damage can only be repaired by a specialized company, which means that the building owner incurs huge costs.

Police are now asking witnesses who can provide relevant information or who have noticed something suspicious to call 04461/98493-0.
