This mission for the second spacecraft is called “Certification-2 (Cert-2)” and is initially scheduled to carry the “Dream Chaser” spacecraft developed by Sierra Space, however, due to schedule delays, the launch was carried out using a dummy that simulates… Payload mass. According to ULA, this launch is the second of two test flights required for certification by the U.S. Space Force.
In addition, foreign media outlets such as NASASpaceFlight.com have indicated that there may have been a problem with one of the solid-fueled rocket boosters shortly after launch. More information will be provided once announced by ULA.
