This announcement is for monthly members who are considering switching to the SIRUP channel annual plan in October regarding the timing of sending out newsletters.

・For those who continued to renew their Premium Annual Memberships after last year.
・For monthly members who switched to the Premium Annual membership without renewing their Premium Monthly membership during the month of October.
・For free members who converted to premium annual membership during the month of October
・For monthly members who are not considering switching to the annual plan in October.
・Free members

First, if you renew your subscription for a premium monthly membership in October and switch to an annual plan by October 31st, due to the system, the timing that it will show up as an annual membership will be different to the day after your next subscription end date.

Example: If you renew your monthly plan subscription on October 15 and switch to the annual plan by October 31, your membership status will change to annual on November 16.

Due to the above system structure, even if you switch to the annual plan during the month of October, there are instances where it will not reflect as an annual membership in October depending on when your monthly membership renews.

However, even in the above case, if you apply for the newsletter by October 31 and confirm your registration as an Annual Member by November 30, you will be eligible to send the newsletter.

*Must change from monthly membership plan to annual membership plan by October 31st.
*For in-app iOS payments, you can change your plan on the sign up screen, and for web payments, you can change your plan on the My Page on the web checkout page. Your current monthly membership plan will convert to an annual plan after it expires, so please make sure to change your plan by October 31st.
*For Android, you will need to cancel your monthly membership plan, wait until your current plan expires, then sign up for a new annual membership plan. Annual plan enrollment must be completed by October 31st, so if you want to change your plan, please check the expiration date and cancel your monthly plan as soon as possible.
