Kraven the Hunter features Aaron Taylor-Johnson's Vicious Vigilante facing off against Spider-Man's villain Rhino.

The latest trailer for Kraven the Hunter is here, offering our first look at Spider-Man villain Aleksei Sytsevich, aka Rhino.

The footage shows fierce fighter Aaron Taylor-Johnson embarking on a brutal and bloody mission, facing off against a number of formidable foes as he works on a “list.” One of those villains is Rhino, played by Alessandro Nivola, who appears at the 2:07 mark to confront the fearsome bounty hunter during a chaotic stampede scene.

The first trailer for Kraven the Hunter offered a brief glimpse of Sytsevich's transformation into a rhinoceros, but the latest sneak peek offers a closer look at the character's eventual transformation into the horned beast. He throws a powerful punch, which Sergei Kravinov (aka Kraven), played by Johnson, manages to dodge, but a fight ensues.

The film also sees a new appearance from Russell Crowe, who plays Nikolai Kravinov, the cruel father of the character named Taylor-Johnson, as well as Ariana DeBose as Calypso Eisele, Fred Hitchinger as Dmitri Smerdyakov/Chameleon, and Christopher Abbott as the Alien, one of Spider-Man's many adversaries.

Kraven the Hunter, Sony's first R-rated Marvel movie and Sony's second Spider-Man Universe (SSU) movie set for a 2024 release, following the critically panned Madame Web, has been long slated for release. The film has faced several setbacks and delays on its journey to the big screen, but now it has finally been given a release date.

Sony Pictures has made some changes to its April release schedule, including moving Kraven the Hunter from its August 30th date to December 13th — the same month as The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim, Mufasa: The Lion King, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and Robert Eggers' vampire reboot Nosferatu.
