Huawei patent: The microscopic camera is supposed to detect bacteria

According to a report, electronics company Huawei is working on a very interesting patent. Accordingly, a microscopic camera should be integrated into the smartphone camera setup, which can analyze objects regarding their health status. This is how technology works.

Bacillus camera

How is that Studimo portal reports (Reportedly in collaboration with “David from @xleaks7”), Huawei has launched a patent focused on improving hygiene and hygiene awareness in daily life. The system aims to evaluate the cleanliness of objects. The essence of the patent is an electronic device consisting of two components: an ordinary camera and a microscopic camera. The modules operate either simultaneously or one after the other in a predetermined order.

A regular camera captures the scene in which there is an object to be analyzed. It is able to recognize the object and distinguish it from other objects. Then the system moves to the second camera. These aim to make precise information about objects transparent. This applies to the class and quantity of bacteria present.

Apple example

Studimo shares an example to better visualize the cameras working. We have included the corresponding image above. The object to be analyzed is an apple held in the hand. The first camera can now distinguish between an apple and a hand. The microscopic camera now analyzes precise information on the apple, including bacteria. In this example, it is recommended to clean the apple.

Other examples of cleanliness analysis could include maintenance of kitchen utensils, evaluation of children’s toys, and the cleanliness of the dining table.
