Upgraded or just “new” – games

I had it yesterdayHelp and troubleshootingUnfortunately, I haven’t been able to fix this problem and am now considering immediately replacing the entire system, or upgrading it (if that’s possible).
Graphics card and motherboard on strike.

1. Do you want to play on PC? If the answer is yes, then what?
-WoW Classic, maybe CSGO

2. Do you want to use the computer to edit photos/music/videos or something similar? As a hobby or are you a professional? What software will you use?
-No

3. Do you have special requirements or wishes (some brands and manufacturers, overclocking, a particularly quiet PC, RGB lighting, …)?
No need for lighting

4. How many and how many screens do you want to use? Model, resolution, refresh rate (hertz)? Gsync / FreeSync?
Two screens are currently in use LG UltraGear 27GL850-B And the BenQ XL2411Z

5. Do you still have an old computer, parts of which can be reused?

– I collect it myself.

9. Do you want to stream your content with your PC (eg via Twitch/OBS)? If so, what games/content? Do you already have the parts to set up the stream? (multiple screens, microphone, camera, broadcast device, …)?
-No

I was happy with the system—I didn’t play any demanding games or engage in similar activities. I wouldn’t say “no” to a new system either.
Unfortunately, I have no idea if the remaining components are still up to date in any way or if they are useful in the upgrade program.
