Starting with teething problems or racing fast from the start? How far are you from the target?

Christian Kilian: In the early years of STIFT, important incentives were provided, especially in the area of ​​economic development. The group's management and technology were established in Thuringia and one of the first investment funds in central Germany was developed. To this day, the state and Thuringian companies benefit from the technological initiatives made possible by STIFT at that time.

We learned from the beginning that change is part of our DNA and that we work best when we create sustainable foundations for innovation.
