IMS Internet Media Services (IMS) – a subsidiary of Sony Television Networks, announced acquisition of a controlling stake in the international company for digital advertising Httpool, which operates in Austria, Switzerland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
The deal will create one of the largest digital marketing and advertising companies worldwide and is subject to regulatory approval.
IMS and Httpool work with over 6 thousand media agencies and brands and are extremely Twitter, LinkedIn, Spotify and over 5 thousand global and local publishers in 30 countries in Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Pacific.

Httpool has its own offices in India, Hong Kong, Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Russia.
