KISS rocker is selling his beautiful glass mansion for $13.5 million and has a lot to offer. The 6-bed, 8-bathroom home has a koi pond, garage for 11 cars and many of those glass walls are retractable!
No shockers here, but Jen built the 11,000-square-foot home in the perfect location—the crib has great views of the Vegas Strip and the surrounding desert.

Back in December, Jin It was on TMZ LiveAnd he told us how much he loved the house, and why he brought it to market, too.
He told us after all the perks that came with living in Vegas, the one issue that made him sell out – his family members aren’t fans of the desert life. Nothing about the heat and the presence of street strippers was a great selling point for them.
Jane says he also bought the property next door… He planted 137 trees on the grounds—something that’s hard to come by in this Nevada weather.
The Vegas home is currently on contract… which means the offer has been accepted, but we’re told it won’t close until next month. Simmons has been accepting cryptocurrency as a home payment, but it is unclear if the buyer has gone that route.
